FAQ
Aside from the posted prices, are there any additional fees apply?
The only additional fees besides the rental prices are state/local taxes (8.25%) and a delivery fee . Our delivery fee fluctuates with fuel prices. Customers 20 miles beyond our Northlake , Texas location typically pay between $50 and $100, and our closer customers pay approximately $35 on average.
What age group is the soft play appropriate for?
Our equipment is designed for children crawler to 9 years.
Can I rent my package for longer than 5 hours?
Yes, we charge $50 per hour for additional time. Each package comes with 5 hours of fun.
How much space does the soft play set up need?
We need a minimum 10x10 or 8x12 floor space. We can accommodate if needed but the larger the area the better.
How does delivery work?
We will arrive 1-3 hours ahead of your event start time and will be in frequent communication the week of. A working elevator must be on site if set up is not on the main level.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
Our number one priority is safety and that takes into consideration the weather. If your event is outdoors please have an indoor PLAN B option. We will NOT set up if there is any chance of rain in the forecast. No exceptions
Can I rent a soft play setup for indoor play or just outside?
Each rental can be set up indoors or outdoors, but please do take into account the space required for indoor and outdoor setups. Please be advised that it is up to the customer to ensure they have the proper space available inside. No refunds will be given for equipment that cannot fit once we deliver.
Why is Face-paint not allowed?
Face-paint will permanently stain and damage our equipment. We are unable to service events that will have Face-paint in attendance. This will cause you to lose your damage deposit and additional charges may be placed to cover damage.
